A "great choice" for "business travelers", with its "friendly and helpful" staff, "comfortable" and "spacious" rooms with "Sleep Number beds" and "cozy bed linens", this hotel is not such a great selection "if you want a sense of Colorado and the Rocky Mountains" ("it's surrounded by malls" "in an industrial area"); some further complain about "unattractive" spaces and a "bad" restaurant, but it's near "lots of good" eateries.

It's location right next to Chicago Pizzeria was great for me.
Although rooms are spacious, they are time worn and very dated.
A hotel is in need of updating, remodeling and a deep cleaning. Everything about the hotel says worn and dated. The shower was ancient. This is not a 3-star hotel, maybe a 2.5. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The assitant general manager went out of her way to make sure that we had an enjoyable experience.
The pool was closed for two days. However, the hotel made arrangements with near by hotel for guest to swim there.
If the pool was open, I would of given the hotel an excellent rating. The continental breakfast was very good and the staff were fantastic. We were traveling with our younger and older children. They all liked staying here as did my wife and I. ...read more
